From the Pit to Capturing Wallows in Full Glory

From Alternative Rock to Indie Rock, Wallows shows an unmatched energy and vibe. His music seems likable to every person since there are so many genres in their music style. Since their first song "Pleaser" in April of 2017, they've made a tremendous step towards new best artists. I only remember the lead singer from the show and you would never think that he'd be breaking records and on stage today. Wallows is so personable. As they get on stage, the crowd erupted with energy. During the performance, he steps down onto the speakers right where all the photographers are. As we leave, he goes into the crowd and started interacting with the crowd. At some moment, one of the people in the crowd had a guitar that wanted him to sign which he stopped the concert to just simply sign the guitar. As a photographer, this is a very exciting moment because you learn to be in the mind of the musician and the crowd. This moment leads to discovering and exploring towards what's on the artist's mind. At this moment, I can only think of moving my camera towards the artist, be creative and think about what Wallows would like as I point my camera at them. Being present at Kilby Block Party and loving Wallow's performance, I wish everyone to be at the same atmosphere that I was and come back again next year.
